On September 15th, evening 8.00pm Co-operative Academy ground in Aranmula witnessed the 1st Aranmula Mela with the performances of Bharathanatyam and Mohiniyattam by the students of Chilanka Dance and Music Academy under the Directorship of Smt. Kalamandalam Sreedevi Mohanan. Accompanists: Nattuvangam- Smt. Malini Vijayakumar, Vocal- Sri. Puthuppally.K.I.Divakaran, Mridangam- Sri.Aranmula Mohanakumar, Violin- Sri. Champakkara Rajesh. Among other programmes this was the most attractive section of Aranmula Mela.
